After a 15-hour workday yesterday, I arrived here after midnight. The desk clerk gave me extra water because of my long day. The next morning, I told the desk clerk that my room was perfect and that this was the best Home2 I’ve stayed at. (I’ve stayed at many hotels.) She was grateful and added that their hotel is rated #1 in Plano out of 40 hotels. The plumbing is perfect, the room is clean, the hotel has parking, and the entire staff is unbelievably kind.

Hotel is nice, rooms are clean, most of the workers are friendly and helpful. When I checked into the hotel the front desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming. On my 2nd morning I found that the hair dryer in the room did not work. I called down to the front desk and asked if another hair dryer could be brought up and was told no, one was not available and the only way to get another one would involve having to get one from another room but she did not offer to get have that done. Overall the stay was nice but I think the situation could have been handled better.

One of the best Hilton hotels I stayed in. From the moment I entered, it smelled clean. Sure enough I checked in, was met with friendly service, was provided complimentary water, went to my room, and was satisfied. From the entrance to the elevators to my room, it was all clean. Bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious. It was also very quiet. 10/10 would recommend and return here.

Excellent service, comfortable beds and very clean room. The location was great, there were several restaurants nearby. The breakfast spread impressive, much better than the average Home2 Suites. The staff was responsive and helpful and the pool area is very nice. There is even a dog park, exclusively for hotel guests! We highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again on our next trip through Plano.

Very clean. The staff was great. Especially housekeeping. Those girls were so nice and professional. They need a raise. I was very surprised how cool they were! The breakfast was Â¿Â¿Â¿Â¿ great!

Great hotel. Will definitely go back if I am in the area. Very comfortable rooms, everything worked and staff was excellent. I travel a lot and most of the time i don't notice unless they're either really good or really bad. The staff was really good.

Home too. Sweets by Hilton when you're on the road is an amazing, safe, awesome place to stay. I got to love the Hilton's. They always do it the right way. You can't go wrong when you're staying at a Hilton location. Thank you for always taking care of me
